Holiday home "Tomic"

The fishing village, Rabac, the "pearl of the Kvarner Lagoon" is well known for a good reason, that you may want to discover and experience yourself! All the beautiful villages, beaches and lagoons are within a 15 minute drive. The holiday home "Tomic" offers you comfort and a basis for a very good time. And because time is precious we welcome you wholeheartedly into our home!

On the 3900 square meter grounds you will find parking, a swimming pool, a grill and a plenty of time and space to enjoy a glass of wine and a dazzling sunset. Pets are part of the family and always welcome! Our holidy home is situated in the village of Nedescina, only 2 km away from the city "Labin". The wonderful beach of Rabac is only a 10 minute drive.

The old village of Labin is a sight worth seeing. You can reach the harbourside "Pula"and the Amphitheatre in less than 30 minutes by car. Speaking of cars, you will also find one of the greatest Go-Kart tracks around.

If you are nature bound you will enjoy the nature park "Ucka". You can appreciate the rich and flourishing vegetation, weather by bike or by foot, however you choose!

In spacious 120 square meters you will find a big kitchen, two bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Additional beds can accomodate up to 8 persons. To soak up the sun you have a 25 m terace and 2 balconies.

Again 120 spacious square meters, but now with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a kitchen with dining area. Here again you can use two big terracies and two balconies for sunbathing.

Arrival and departure:
Arrival and departure take place on saturday, while the individual rooms can be rented throughout the week. Check-in is at 4 pm. On the day of departure the checkout is at 10 am, allowing for a stressfree return.

Deposit and Payment:
The deposit is 150 euros in advance. the first installment is 300 euros. The full payment is due one week prior to arrival. Payments are non-refundable.

Shopping and Trips:
Within the radius of 500 m you will find a supermarket, a pizzeria, hairdresser and many bars. Near by, you will also find a "Lidl-market" and a big fresh fishmarket. The sea is only 7 km away from the residence. Further more the nature park "Ucka" invites you to wonderful cycling and hiking paths.

Nature park "Ucka"
The nature park Ucka streches over 160 km. The watchtower on "Ucka hill" offers you a spectacular view of the irelands of the "Kvarner lagoon, the "Cres and Krk Irelands" and the coastal cities Opatija and Rijeka until the distance of the italian alps. The mild climate in the region has brought a fast mediterranean vegetation. Forest of orleander grow amongs clementines, kiwis and lemons. In this area there are numerious and rare animals and plants. 8 signpostet cycle paths will lead you through the park.
